- 1.2.2 This Policy does not apply to third-party services, and if you access third-party products or services through this Software, you are subject to the third-party‘s independent privacy policies.

2. Data Collection and Uses

2.1 Types of Information Collected

- 2.1.1 Required Operational Data: Automatically collect device model, OS version, software usage logs (feature access time, operation frequency), for troubleshooting and functionality optimization only.

- 2.1.2 User Proactive Information: User content that you create, email addresses used for feedback consultations (only collected when you actively submit).

2.2 Purpose of Data Usage

- 2.2.1 Provides core services: implementing software foundation functions such as note creation, pending management, image insertion, file organization, and data auto-saving.

- 2.2.2 Optimize user experience: Improve operational smoothness by adapting to different endpoint devices based on the use of logs to fix software freezes, crashes, and other issues.

- 2.2.3 Responding to User Claims: Responding to inquiries, handling complaints and feature suggestions through the email address you submit.

3. Data Storage and Protection

3.1 Storage-Related Agreements

- 3.1.1 Storage location: All data is stored on overseas cloud servers that meet international security standards, using encrypted storage technology to ensure data security.

- 3.1.2 Storage period: User content will continue to be stored until you actively delete or log out of your account; necessary operational data will be stored until collection purposes are achieved, then anonymized or permanently deleted.

3.2 Security Measures

- 3.2.1 Technology Protection: Use technologies such as Transport Layer Encryption (TLS), Data Encryption Storage, and Access Rights Management to prevent unauthorized access, tampering, or disclosure of data.

- 3.2.2 Operational Protection: Establish a strict data security management system, restrict access to internal personnel, and conduct regular security audits and vulnerability remediation.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

- 4.1 Operators will not share, sell, or lease your Personal Data and User Content to any third party, except in the following circumstances:

- 4.1.1 With your explicit written consent in advance;

- 4.1.2 Disclosure to competent authorities as required by applicable laws, judicial rulings or administrative orders ;

- 4.1.3 Commissioning third-party providers to provide technical support (such as server hosting), third parties are required to strictly comply with this Policy and only process data for the purpose of providing services.
